Approaching on I-26 East
- Travel on I-26 to the end (Meeting Street Exit).
- Turn right onto Meeting Street.
- Follow Meeting Street for approximately 1 mile and get into the right hand lane at Trinity United Methodist Church.
- At the next traffic light, turn right onto Wentworth Street.
- Proceed through 4 traffic lights.
- At the 5th traffic light, turn left onto Smith Street.
- The Wentworth Mansion parking lot is immediately on the left

Approaching From South on US 17N
- Cross the Ashley River Bridge , staying in the far right-hand lane.
- Exit onto Lockwood Drive South , toward the Charleston Visitor’s Center. 
- Proceed on Lockwood past the City Marina, moving into the left-hand lane. 
- Turn left onto Wentworth Street .
- Proceed through two four-way intersections and two traffic lights.
- At the third traffic light, turn right onto Smith Street and immediately left into the parking lot behind the Wentworth Mansion .

Approaching From North on US 17S
- Travel 17-S across the Cooper River Bridge into Charleston.
- Take Meeting Street Exit.
- At the traffic light, turn left onto Meeting Street.
- Follow Meeting Street for approximately 1 mile and get into the right hand lane at Trinity United Methodist Church.
- At the next traffic light, turn right onto Wentworth Street.
- Proceed through 4 traffic lights.
- At the 5th traffic light, turn left onto Smith Street.
- The Wentworth Mansion parking lot is immediately on the left.

From Charleston International Airport
- From Charleston International Airport, take International Blvd. to I-526 East (toward Mount Pleasant) to I-26 East to Charleston.
- Travel on I-26 to the end (Meeting Street Exit).
- Turn right onto Meeting Street.
- Follow Meeting Street for approximately 1 mile and get into the right hand lane at Trinity United Methodist Church.
