Executive Chef

Marc Collins

Chef Marc Collins is a co-founder of the Charleston Wine + Food Festival and has been the Executive Chef at Circa 1886 Restaurant for more than two decades. Chef Collins is a local food champion within the Charleston community and beyond. Recently, he launched two new tasting menus and an à la carte menu designed to elevate the dining experience for every guest.

Chef Collins, along with the entire Circa 1886 culinary team, brings the same creativity and dedication to every course, from starters to desserts. With a passion for innovation and respect for tradition, the team crafts dishes that balance bold flavors, refined techniques, and seasonal inspiration—delivering a dining experience that is as memorable as it is delicious.
