Lisa was born in Vermont and grew up in Massachusetts but has been part of Charming Inns® since 2004. After many years as the Innkeeper at John Rutledge House Inn®, she is now part of the family at Wentworth Mansion®. Lisa enjoys the nooks and crannies of Charleston—the one balcony table at Muse, the back outdoor space of Blind Tiger, the alley called Pennsylvania Ave., and the Pineapple courtyard at Kings Courtyard Inn. But, her favorite spot is Washington Park, the park where her “hubby” and she first talked about moving to Charleston.

Tristan was born and raised in Castaic, California, and migrated by way of Savannah, Georgia. As a graduate from Cal Poly Pomona’s Collins College of Hospitality Management, he is excited to provide true and personal hospitality alongside his team at Wentworth Mansion®. What Tristan loves about Charleston is its “pinkies up” atmosphere: clean streets dotted with vibrant homes, exquisite restaurants, and unique experiences. Even the little things make the city great, such as crossing the Ravenel Bridge while listening to “South Carolina” by Tennis. Tristan calls the opportunity to welcome guests to Wentworth Mansion® a privilege and pleasure.

Will has been part of the Charming Inns family for over two years and appreciates the warm and welcoming atmosphere that the Mansion provides for both guests and the team.

Bryan, a Charleston native, loves sharing the charm and history of this remarkable city with guests. In addition to his passion for hospitality and meeting people from around the world, he enjoys researching Charleston’s historical events and bringing those stories to life for visitors. He is also an avid painter of historical scenes. Bryan strives to create the perfect balance of Old-World Southern charm and modern comfort, welcoming each guest with the warmth and care of family.

With a background in hospitality and a deep appreciation for Charleston’s charm, Fiona brings warmth and enthusiasm to every guest interaction. Originally from the Georgia mountains, she spent summers in Charleston before returning for law school after graduating from the University of Georgia. Fiona loves introducing guests to the beauty of Wentworth Mansion and exploring the city’s endless coffee shops, indie films at the Terrace Theater, and peaceful strolls on Sullivan’s Island.

Raelyn is born and raised in North Charleston, taking pride in sharing the city’s rich tradition of Southern hospitality with visitors from around the world. Outside of work, Raelyn enjoys reading, poetry, beach days, and exploring Charleston’s live music and festival scene. She loves helping guests experience the charm, history, and hidden gems of her hometown, offering an authentic local perspective on everything the city has to offer.

Mark has been working for Charming Inns for twelve years and the hospitality industry for eighteen. He is originally from Atlanta. His favorite part of working for Charming Inns is the the independence and opportunity to serve creatively. In his free time he likes to immerse himself in Charleston, with his favorite pastime being boating and spending time on the beach.
